We hear from Joan Scott, another of the 32 finalists in this year's BBC Make a Difference Awards in Scotland, which celebrate those, like Joan, who make a positive difference in the lives of others and their communities. From the community award, Joan is the founder of Joan's Angels, a choir that visits care and nursing homes to bring joy to staff and residents, and which now has more than 65 members.
